Our aim is to help transform the Bay Area into a hub of green building where passive houses, sustainable water reclamation systems and renewable energy are the norm. Established in 2005. I understand you are investing in your home, and you want your investment to last. This is why we only select and work with high quality materials (no plastic, no standard redwood), and the highest standards for building (straight walls, straight tile). There are contractors who will frame a house with cheaper material. There are contractors who will build a deck for less, but that deck will only last about 10 years. We build decks using higher quality materials, intended to last 50 years. Everything we build is of high quality and intended to last a long time, and our clients appreciate that.
