TSD Construction is a locally owned and operated General Contracting company. We are well-positioned with categorical experts and can help you with any residential or light commercial project, including remodels and additions, HVAC installation, roofing, solar, patio covers, and dry rot work, amongst other trades and specialties needed in the home. Tim Davidson, the owner, is a third generation Sacramento native and lives in the Greenhaven area. Whether Tim does the job entirely in-house, or utilizes some of his proven sub-contractors, you can rest assured that your project will receive the attention it deserves. Established in 2010. Over the years I have worked for and with many excellent general and specialty contractors. I have learned from experience who I can count on to do what, who does what well, and who would work best in any given situation. Our in-house team is skilled and competent and our subs complement the work we do together. I have managed at least 1,500 jobs with these professionals.
