One page per service, per town.

A visitor who lands on your home page and has to find the right service themselves is a visitor you paid for and lost. Every service in every town you cover gets its own front door.

What this fixes.

  1. 01

Everything points at the home page

Ads, the profile and the map listing all send to the same page, which speaks to everyone and converts nobody. The expensive jobs stay hidden behind the cheap one.

  2. 02

The objection is answered on the phone, or not at all

Cost, financing, licensing and how soon you can come are decided before anyone dials. A page that leaves all of it for the call loses to the one that answers it.

  3. 03

Nobody knows which page produced the job

Without call tracking the whole thing is guesswork, and guesswork is what makes contractors think marketing does not work.

What is included.

  • Copy written for the job

Not filled into a template. What the job costs to think about, what happens on the visit, what makes you the safe choice in that town.

  • Build on your own domain

Fast, mobile first, and yours. Not a page rented from an agency platform that disappears when you leave.

  • The objection above the fold

License, insurance, financing, response time, whichever one decides this particular job. It goes where it gets seen, not in the footer.

  • Call tracking and form routing

A number per page and a form that lands where you actually read it, so the report can say which page produced which job instead of which page got traffic.

  • The set, not the page

Service by town, built as a system so the tenth page takes an afternoon and not a project. That is what makes covering six towns realistic.

What to expect, and when.

  1. Week 1

Scope: which services, which towns, which objection decides each one. Usually shorter than expected because your best salespeople already know the answers.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

First set live, with tracking. Paid traffic can point at them immediately, which is where the fastest lift comes from.

  3. Ongoing

Pages added as you expand, and rewritten where the numbers say the page is getting visits and not calls.

Questions.

How many landing pages does a contractor need?

One per service you actually want more of, per town you actually drive to. For most shops that is between six and twenty. Fewer than that and you are competing with one page against companies with twenty.

Is this the same as building a website?

Related but not the same. A website introduces the company. These pages exist to convert a specific search in a specific place. Most contractors need the second more urgently than they need a redesign.

Do we own the pages?

Yes. They live on your domain, in your account, and they stay with you if you leave. Pages rented from a platform are a rebuild waiting to happen.
